Laura Callow
Laura has been involved in online marketing for eleven years. Laura blogs on SEMInsights with Mike Tighe, and is Search Marketing Manager, Global Business Division, Intuit.
Prior to joining Intuit Laura was the Senior Search Consultant for Epiar Inc, and pre-Epiar, she was the SEM Manager for Critical Mass in Calgary. Clients for which Laura has provided SEM solutions have included Micorosft ISV Partners, Rolex, Dell, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Pampers, Mercedes Benz USA, Moen, and USAA.
While SEO research, audits, gap analyses, application, integration and web analytics are her forte, Laura has also successfully worked with numerous multi-million dollar paid search campaigns across all the major advertising platforms. Laura has worked in South Africa, the UK and Canada, and has provided her SEM knowledge to clients around the globe. Michael Tighe
Michael Tighe is a web designer and developer based out of Calgary, Alberta. He has been on (and interested in) the internet since 1994 either browsing/learning, or trying, failing, trying something new and succeeding.
Currently working at Critical Mass on a variety of projects ranging from Mercedes-Benz, Rolex, Dell, and Big Rock; Michael fluctuates between roles in web development, search engine optimization, and thinking up new and interesting ideas which leverage the social web (Facebook, Google Gadgets, Widgets, etc…)
