I'm really excited about the possibilities mobile offers. As for search possibilities, I've heard studies that people 'search' more than 'browse' while on mobile. This has some interesting implications in terms of optimizing content for this medium.

Great post, Laura!

Mobile internet advertising is clearly booming. Creating mobile optimized experiences can be a serious competitive advantage for companies. When I cruise my iPhone, I notice that so many Fortune 100 brands still send their iPhone search clicks to regular deep links within their website! What a waste of money.

We actually create mobile optimized landing pages for our clients. With iPhone usage continuing to soar at an exponential rate, it's important not to ignore this highly valuable and influential market segment!
